2021 Golf Tournament

The NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation, a charitable foundation, invites you to join us for a golf tournament at Grandover Resort, East Course on Monday, October 25.

Proceeds from this tournament will benefit the foundation’s disaster relief initiatives and community programs.

Driving Range Open: 11:00 AM
Registration Time: 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM (Box lunch in carts)
Tee-off Time – Shotgun Start: 12:00 PM
Reception & Awards: 5:30 PM or immediately following the tournament

Rates:
Team of Four: $1,000 Must pay for all four players when registering a team.
Individual: $250

Mulligans will be available for purchase onsite the day of the tournament.  Only cash payments accepted for mulligans.

Registration Closes:  Monday, October 18, 2021

Registration fee includes: Tournament Entry, Driving Range, Boxed Lunch, Drink Tickets for Beverage Cart, Awards Reception.

Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd place teams, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin

If you score a hole in one on #16, you will win a 2022 Model GLA Mercedes ($41,000 value).

The golf tournament will proceed rain or shine unless the golf course is closed because of severe weather.  The golf tournament will not be rescheduled and no refunds will be given.  Sign up early as the field is limited to 128!

Tournament rules:

Format: Captain’s Choice

• In the fairway or rough you may move the ball one club length, but no closer to the hole. Shots played from the rough must remain in the rough.
• On the green or in a hazard the ball must be played from the spot.
• If a team member purchased mulligans they may be used for any one of their team’s shots. Only one mulligan may be used per ball.

Tees: Men – Blue Tees, Women – Red Tees

Scorecards: Please return scorecards to the back patio upon completion

Water Hazards: Defined by yellow stakes and lines.

• Lateral Water Hazards: Defined by red stakes and lines.
• Where both stakes and lines are used, the line defines the hazard.

Closest to the Pin: Holes #2, #8, #13 (Ladies Only) & #16

Grandover Resort Hotel Accommodations
All golf tournament participants have access to a preferred rate of $ 179 per night, plus tax and includes breakfast for 2 guests at the Grandover Resort. A credit card will be required to guarantee all reservations made on-line or via phone.  Breakfast vouchers, if applicable will be provided at check-in.
