Bias Override – Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing

Bias Override helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds.

The class will be held at Beaufort County Community College, Building 10.

Registration is required and the fee will be $30.00 check at the door.  Not only will you earn a CE credit, you will have fulfilled your fair housing requirement for the next 3-year cycle for fair housing training.

Have you already gotten your CE credit for the year? Did you know you can carry forward a 4-hour CE elective credit to the next year?
