The NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation (NCRHF) is hosting a Home Buyer Education Seminar for first-time home buyers or anyone looking to refresh their knowledge on Saturday, August 10, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Pine Conference Room at the Northeast Regional Library, located on 1241 Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington, NC.
Seasoned real estate experts will educate attendees about all aspects of the home buying process, including state and local first-time home buyer programs, the importance of working with a REALTOR®, and information on mortgage companies with programs for low to moderate income home buyers. The presentations will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the speakers.
The event is free and open to the public, with breakfast and lunch included for registered attendees.
