• Donate to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation to support Harvey relief

    As a REALTOR®, one of the easiest ways to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey and the resulting flooding is by donating to the NAR REALTOR® Relief Foundation (RRF). Through NAR, 100 percent of your donation goes directly to assist storm victims to get back on their feet and help rebuild their homes.

  • Critical funding for NC communities hardest hit by Hurricane Matthew

    U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson has announced a new allocation of almost $32 million for further aid in Hurricane Matthew recovery.  The funds will be released to the NC state legislature as HUD Community Development Block Grants.

    NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation volunteers and NC REALTORS® staffers have been on the front line, working in conjunction with NAR’s REALTOR® Relief Fund, in this major undertaking.

  • Housing Coalition Releases County Profiles of Housing Needs

    The North Carolina Housing Coalition has recently released County Profiles that provide a snapshot of housing needs for each of the 100 counties in North Carolina. They provide data on cost-burdened households paying at least 30% of their income for housing, a comparison of what different jobs pay and changes in home prices, foreclosures, and rental options in our communities.

  • Exactamundo Challenge Fundraising Success

    Thanks the generosity of NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation’s 2016 Exactamundo Challenge fundraiser was a great success. Attendees of the September 2016 Conference at the Greenbrier Resort vied to guess the correct number of red and blue houses in a large plexiglass house.

  • Topsail Island Golf Tournament Success

    Topsail Island REALTORS®, affiliate members, and volunteers came together on Wednesday, October 19, at the North Shore Country Club for a beautiful day of golf.  This 18-hole tournament benefited NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation, the NC REALTORS® charitable foundation.
